The water and cement to be used for the injection mixture should be kept ready for use in the stock tanks. Recipe selection should be made regarding the previously memorized mixing ratios and the start button should be pressed. The system first takes the desired amount of water, then takes the desired amount of cement and starts mixing it in the mixer for the desired time. When the mixing process is finished, the injection mixture in the mixer is discharged to the agitator. In the agitator, the mixture continues to mix at heavy speed to maintain its homogeneous structure.

When the operator wants, the injection pump is pumped to the desired location in the agitator by operating the injection pump. These processes continue sequentially until the desired amount of injection mixture is sent. These operations can be done manually or automatically.

When the injection preparation and pumping process is completed, the system must be flushed with water and cleaned. For cleaning, approximately 500lt of water is taken into the mixer and mixed in the mixer. It is then discharged into the agitator. The water in the agitator is pressed into the injection line with the injection pump. Thus, the whole system is washed.
